Is Possible

Are you tired of feeling like you don’t recognise yourself anymore?

If you feel like it is impossible to accept the overwhelming feelings of grief whilst making sense of why they did what they did, you’re not alone.

Despite trying everything to accept what has happened, studies show that 80% of suicide-loss survivors feel their identity has significantly changed since their loss. With a large majority of the population of suicide-loss survivors feeling the same way, it can only mean one thing. We have to integrate the loss into the person we are today.

This mini-video series will help you do just that. With practical tools for your mind, body, and soul, you’ll learn how to process the thoughts, feelings and behaviours that stem from the loss and connect and care for the deserving person you are inside.

Because you matter.

It’s time to look after yourself again

With 6 short videos sent to you daily, you’ve found a safe place to dig deep and begin to integrate the loss into your life.

Learn what really matters

Learn how to disconnect from the stigma of suicide and tune in to what’s happening in your mind, body and shoul. I’ll show you how to:

  • Prioritise and look after yourself – even when shame and guilt feel insurmountable.
  • Find compassion for yourself amid the isolation that comes from the stigma and ripple effect of suicide, often causing fractures in old relationships.
  • Prioritise and look after yourself – even when shame and guilt feel insurmountable.

It’s time to allow yourself time to heal.

I wish I didn’t get it, but I do.

I have had to work out how to integrate suicide into my life. I have not been able to ignore it but at the same time it feels impossible to accept myself as the sister whose brother died by suicide.

There may be stigma around sucide and we may feel silenced into talking about it, but I refuse to stay quiet.

I have had to integrate suicide into the person I am now. Join me as I share the vital ingredients that have helped me do this over the past 6 years.
